Hands with very long nails are out of style and can be considered lack of hygiene, since long nails are more likely to get dirty. The best thing to do is to keep them in a “medium” length, with the outer part no longer than 1 cm.

Hand nails usually grow 2 or 3 times faster than toe nails.
While the toe nails grow an average of 1mm a month, the hand nails grow about 1mm a week. The growth rate drops as the person ages.

Toe nails care is about the same, just remember to keep them short, but do not exaggerate.
